In 2015 we won the London Regional Award for The Best Living Wage Employer. We take great pride in recruiting the best cleaners and taking care of them. We give our clients the assurance that their property is in safe hands.

We provide regular training, on-going career development and regular performance reviews. We invest in our team so they feel supported and motivated at all times.

We carefully select our cleaning team via face-to-face interviews and a cleaning test. Our employees provide four types of ID:

  • Photo ID e.g. passport or identity card.
  • Proof of address e.g. bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months.
  • Work Visa (if relevant)
  • A minimum of 2 references
  • Where applicable, staff are required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Application.

Our Health and Safety Policy

Health & Safety is at the core of everything we do. We have a highly effective Health & Safety Business Management System outsourcing this area to Peninsular, a professional services firm for SME’s.

We are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance to the value of £2M and employers liability insurance to the value of £10M. We are independently audited by Peninsula on an annual basis.

Our Health & Safety Policy & Environmental Policy can be provided on request.

We aim to deliver environmentally friendly cleaning, whenever possible.
